ALC/ALR

The Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) is the tribunal that has jurisdiction over the Agricultural Land Reserve, a significant portion of land in BC. We believe in protecting farmland and understand the economical and environmental importance of preserving these lands for future generations. Landowners in the ALR frequently find themselves at odds with the ALC when they try and make changes to their properties. That’s where we come in. We will work with you and the ALC to find solutions to challenges such as Non-Adhering Residential Use, Non-Farm Use, Subdivision and Soil Use for Placement of Fill or Removal of Soil.
